  • A platform not listed here is not covered by your authorization.
  • If we want to add a platform later, we will tell you first and publish only after you agree.

Douyin ​

WeChat Channels ​

  • Operating entity: Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Company Limited (深圳市腾讯计算机系统有限公司). WeChat Channels (视频号) is a feature inside WeChat and does not have a separate operating entity.

What is sent to overseas platforms ​

Under China's Personal Information Protection Law, before personal information is provided to an overseas recipient you must be told the points below. Ticking "Platforms outside mainland China" means you have read and agreed to them:

  • What is provided: your likeness and voice, and the name, nickname or stage name you give us (as it appears in footage, subtitles, descriptions or credits). Your phone number and email are never provided to any platform.
  • Purpose: publicly releasing Fengxing Mizong episodes, behind-the-scenes clips, trailers and promotional material.
  • Method: we upload the finished video to our accounts on the platforms listed above, and each platform stores, displays, recommends and distributes it under its own rules. How a platform handles viewer data (views, likes, comments) is governed by that platform's privacy policy.
  • Your rights: you can contact us at any time to have content involving you taken down, adjusted or deleted (contact details are in the confirmation form), or you can contact the platform directly through the channels listed below.

YouTube ​

  • Recipient: Google LLC, incorporated under the laws of Delaware, part of Alphabet.
  • Address: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
  • YouTube Terms of Service wording: "The entity providing the Service is Google LLC, a company operating under the laws of Delaware, located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043".

TikTok ​

  • Recipient: TikTok Pte. Ltd. (the TikTok Terms of Service say the service is provided by TikTok Pte. Ltd. or one of its affiliates; the entity that actually serves the US, the EEA, the UK and some other regions may differ).
